My name is Steve Rasmussen, I started this business in 2005 after realizing how many dissatisfied customers were out there having difficulty bringing their Motorcycles, ATV’s and Personal Watercraft into the motorcycle dealerships for service and repairs. When the jobs are done, that's when you get to talk with your mechanic briefly. Often I would realize the service writers didn't accurately understand the customers issues when they dropped the vehicle off.  

After talking with hundreds of customers, that’s when I decided to go mobile and bring the service and equipment directly to you! No middle men.  

By doing so, our customers receive their services much quicker and without the dealership up charges. No service writer to deal with, just the mechanic working on your vehicle. This means no falsified service records or additional services you may not need or want.

Being an entrepreneur, and the founder and owner of the original Mobile Motorcycle Mechanics, my mission is to our customers first! We’ve developed thousands of ongoing relationships over the past 15 years because we care about you and making sure your repairs and services are performed professionally.

With any business, we've experienced our share of happy and unsatisfied customers over the past 15 years. We're family owned and operated, which most customers love over the dealership experience. We do our best to take care of all our customers needs, when it works best for their schedules. Unfortunately, that does not sometimes work out, despite our good will intentions. Some service jobs can take longer than expected, causing delays on arrival times. Some customers are not there when we arrive. Parts can be delayed from our vendors on certain jobs, which is unfortunately out of our control. We know how you feel, it can be frustrating for us sometimes too.  

Rest assured though, we do show up and we are certified! We have all the professional Snap-on® tools required for any mobile job or service. If your job requires specialized equipment or parts ordered, we will take your vehicle, with your permission, back to our shop to perform the repairs. Once the service or repairs have been performed, we will schedule a time with you to return your vehicle and close out.
